What is the difference between Rental and Custom Purchase?

The Rental model is a fully hosted and managed service provided by us and does not include delivery of the source code. It grants the client the right to use the system only for the duration of the subscription. A Custom Purchase is a dedicated project delivered either without source code or with source code, depending on the agreed scope.

Do I own the source code when subscribing to the Rental plan?

No. The Rental model is a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering and does not grant any rights to the source code or internal system architecture.

Can I purchase the source code at a later stage?

Yes. You may upgrade from Rental or from a non-source version to a source-code version under a separate agreement and custom pricing.

Is reselling or commercial redistribution allowed?

No. Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or leasing the system or any part of it is strictly prohibited, whether with or without source code, unless explicitly approved by us in writing.
